Breaking News: Jordan Love talks about winning the…

Jordan Love outdueled Patrick Mahomes to lead the Green Bay Packers against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night, going 25-of-36 for 267 yards and three touchdowns to secure the 27-19 victory. It was a terrific way to bounce back from Love’s less than stellar first start of his career against the Chiefs in 2021. Love put on a strong performance against the Chiefs.

In 2021, Jordan Love started his first game as a starter against Kansas City due to Aaron Rodgers’ injury. Arrowhead Stadium saw Love end that game just 19-of-34 for 190 yards, a touchdown, and an interception. The team lost 13–7. And it seems that Love wanted to react to that loss right away.

According to Pro Football Talk, Love stated at his postgame press conference, “It’s huge.” “Obviously, I’ve been interested in this game for a while now. It goes without saying that my first start didn’t go as planned in the first game. It is therefore really important to be able to see these guys again and win. This is just a fantastic team victory. It was a fantastic victory because everyone simply went all out.
It’s safe to say that Love bounced back admirably for the Packers and displayed a lot more improvement at quarterback this time.
