Andy Yiadom of Reading FC opened a new daycare center in Shinfield last weekend.

“Following our ethos of ‘building healthy minds, tummies, and communities,’ we thought it would be a great opportunity to invite the community of Shinfield to our brand-new setting,” stated Happy Trails director Joty Bhurji.

Santa’s Grotto was open to families, and activities included face painting, a cake raffle, and creating Christmas cookies.

“Children were able to play and have fun in the new area, which delighted many parents.”
Kids at Happy Tails can range in age from three months to five years.
Joty continued, “We were thrilled to have Andy Yiadom, the captain of Reading FC, join us for the grand opening. He cut the ribbon, gave a tour of the facility, and posed for pictures with supporters.
