Jaylen Brown claims that he does not need to score “30 points per game” because this team already has so many scorers.
The NBA trade market could heat up soon, and Detroit Pistons center Isaiah Stewart is likely to be heavily involved in the rumor mill.
With a 2-24 record, the Pistons are at the bottom of the league standings. They have dropped 23 straight games before to Monday night.
According to The Athletic’s James L. Edwards III, the Pistons are “expected to be active in trade discussions leading up to the February deadline.”

But how realistic is Stewart’s target?
Stewart’s deal, as Spotrac’s Keith Smith points out, may make it tough for the Celtics to acquire him. They’d have to match about $13 million in pay, which would be difficult for Boston given that it only has two players making between $3 million and $18 million (Al Horford and Payton Pritchard). They don’t have many mid-tier players.
