In the January transfer window, Daniel Munoz from Genk is reportedly a target for Crystal Palace, with the right-back reportedly supporting the move personally.
Fans of Crystal Palace have not been pleased with recent weeks due to a lackluster January transfer window and a decline in performance.

When Roy Hodgson’s team traveled to play Arsenal in a return to Premier League action, this was thrust into the spotlight.
The Eagles lined up with a defensive-minded starting lineup, but they still gave up five goals without answering. As a result, banners about the club’s future were tossed up in the away end.

With just two victories since the beginning of November, it is obvious that Selhurst Park may require some changes. It seems unlikely that Hodgson will leave this month, thus in order to get better, fresh players must be brought in.
It now seems that the team is talking to one player who would be interested in moving to South London.

Crystal Palace is looking for Daniel Munoz.
It’s no secret that Palace has spent years searching for a right back. Joel Ward took Nathaniel Clyne’s place back in 2012. Ward was then replaced by Aaron Wan-Bissaka prior to his transfer to Manchester United. After being sold, Clyne came back to challenge Ward. The Eagles appear to be finally adding a right-back option, as Daniel Munoz was linked to the team this week.
According to an Alan Nixon article, both the player and the club are hoping to close the transaction this month.
“Daniel Munoz wants to move to Crystal Palace and will push Belgian side Genk to do a deal,” he stated in response.”As was disclosed last week, Colombian right back Munoz is a target for Palace. He has halted negotiations with two Brazilian teams upon learning that they desire him. Genk is negotiating for a high price, while Palace is only worth a smaller amount. But a compromise needs to be reached.
The 27-year-old has five strengths and no notable faults, per WhoScored. These consist of skills like interceptions, tackling, and blocks.
Even though Palace supporters would think an offensive full-back would be more thrilling, his Fbref profile is quite entertaining to watch. He makes progressive passes and touches in the attacking penalty area, registering in the 99 percentile non-penalty xG.
