shocking revelations Stars of the Celtics signed the……..

Boston: Daniel Theis told MassLive that he discussed a possible reunion with other Celtics players when he was searching for his new NBA home earlier this season. In November, Theis sought a buyout to receive more playing time elsewhere because he was not getting enough minutes with the Pacers in the first month of the season.

Theis admitted that before making that choice, he had conversations with some of the C’s stars about possibly making a return to Boston.

Naturally, I had a few talks (with Boston),” Theis said to MassLive following Saturday’s 115-96 victory over the Clippers. There with Jaylen (Brown), I had a brief conversation with Jayson (Tatum). However, as I previously stated, the Clippers were quite quick, so I was given the opportunity at the ideal moment. It was all about getting back on the court for me, then. I was just not a fit for Indiana; it wasn’t appropriate. For me, it was simply about returning to the court as soon as possible to play basketball, compete, and have fun.

Theis signed with the Celtics prior to the 2017–18 season, therefore this would have been his third tenure with the organisation. After a trade deadline move, he was also a member of the Celtics for their 2022 playoff run that ended in the Finals. However, with players like Kristaps Porzingis and Al Horford providing depth in the front court, minutes would have been difficult to come by for the current C’s. Los Angeles, on the other hand, needed a big man because Theis had not yet been given an opportunity due to Mason Plumlee’s injury.

By then, Theis had hardly played in Indiana and was hoping to jumpstart his NBA career. He enjoyed a great summer leading Germany to the FIBA World Cup championship. He chose the Clippers because they were the best fit for him and because he could play right away because he was getting little to no playing time with the Pacers.

With a 30-14 record, Theis is currently a rotation big for a resurgent Clippers team that is playing fantastic basketball. TD Garden saw Los Angeles defeat the Celtics 115-96 in a masterful performance. Theis had a good night, scoring eight points and grabbing seven rebounds in his twenty-six minutes of play.
