BREAKING: Crystal Palace chairman ‘considers SACKING…

Steve Parish, the chairman of Crystal Palace, has been seriously considering removing Roy Hodgso from his managerial position following a record defeat against Brighton on Saturday.

However, he is facing difficulties in finding a replacement willing to take over at this point in the season, according to The Guardian.

The former England manager is under increased pressure after the devastating 4-1 loss, marking Palace’s heaviest defeat against their arch-rivals since 1956’s 5-0 loss.

Despite ongoing struggles, Parish, who had previously sacked Patrick Vieira in March last year after a 1-0 loss against Brighton, has been exploring potential replacements for weeks but has not committed to sacking Hodgson.

Parish, pictured at the Amex Stadium alongside loans manager Mark Bright, has faced criticism for the team’s recent performance, with only four wins in their last 17 league matches.
