Just as it appeared that the visitors would win all three points, Ritchie scored in stoppage time, negating Antoine Semenyo’s incredible strike. Ritchie had only been on the field for a few seconds.

With twenty-one minutes remaining, Semenyo regained possession in space down the right, drawing full-back Dan Burn, and hammering a low shot past the defense of Dubravka to give the visitors the lead again.
In the second of ten minutes of added time, Ritchie equalized for his former club by stabbing home from close range after Cook had blocked his header from Guimaraes’ cross. Dubravka had to be at his best to stop Cook’s deflected shot.
