How Olivia Culpo Is Modifying Her Health Regime Before Christian McCaffrey’s Marriage
Olivia Culpo, a BODYARMOR partner, talked about how she’s starting up a new exercise regimen in order to feel her best on her wedding day.
Even though it’s the off-season, Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffery have busy schedules.
These days, the San Francisco 49ers star is helping his fiancée finalize wedding plans instead of running plays on the football field. The couple, who became engaged in April, is doing just that by organizing their schedule to be at their best on the big day.
In a recent interview with E! News, Olivia alluded to the athlete’s historic season and said, “Christian’s definitely in the recovery stage of everything; he just had a crazy year.” “And taking all the time he needs to do that,” Olivia said.
What about Olivia’s routine? “It’s clear that things are shifting,” the Culpo Sisters actress said. “During the season I feel like it’s really hard to have a stable routine.”
However, the 31-year-old is returning to the wellness scene with BODYARMOR’s assistance.
“Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do,” she added in her explanation. “I want to feel my best, and you only get married once, so I’m trying to get them in consistently.” However, being so far away from my regular routine and home this past season was difficult.”
Owing to a hectic schedule and a significant relocation, Olivia, a Los Angeles-based cast member, reported that “a lot of traveling back and forth” occurred during Christian’s season “just to make sure that I can be there to support him.”
However, she managed to make it work and supported him through both the highs and lows. Actually, Olivia wrote a sweet social media post to her fiancé after the 49ers’ Super Bowl loss in February, telling him she’s “so proud” his effort.
Regarding their network of support, she told E!, “You have to have a healthy outlet to just to vent your frustrations. You have to lean on each other.”
“Even in thrilling situations. “When you have someone with whom you can share experiences, everything is better,” she said. Thus, supporting one another is such a blessing and it does indeed make life easier. When you adopt that mindset, there’s really no worst-case situation because you have each other at the end of the day.”
