In 2022, Kalen King made a big impression on the collegiate football landscape after his freshman campaign. With an astounding eighteen pass breakups and three interceptions in just nine starts during that sophomore season, he shot up the selection boards. Regretfully, King’s third and last collegiate season saw him fail to produce that kind of ball. Despite just managing two pass breaks in 12 starts in 2023, King was nevertheless selected for the All-Big Ten Defense second team.
