Guards D.J. Wagner and Justin Edwards of Kentucky missed the Wildcats’ 94-91 defeat to Florida on Wednesday night. On Saturday night, when Tennessee visits Rupp Arena, both players may miss their second straight game.
According to Kyle Tucker of The Athletic, Wagner missed Kentucky’s Friday practice and is questionable for Saturday night’s matchup with the top 10. Since Wednesday night, there has been no word on Edwards’s condition.

Edwards has a knee issue, while Wagner is struggling with an ankle injury. In Kentucky’s victory against Arkansas last week, 6-foot-4 rookie Wagner played 35 minutes, while 6-foot-7 junior Edwards departed the game in the first half due to an injury.
