Days after making his comeback from a sprained toe, Aaron Judge’s exclusion from the squad for Sunday’s series finale against the Baltimore Orioles infuriated New York Yankees supporters.
On Saturday night, Judge hit his 20th home run of the season as the Yankees defeated the Orioles 8-3. Yankees supporters are hoping that Judge’s recovery will lead to a return to form for the team.
After breaking through a fence in the outfield on June 3 against the Dodgers, he sprained his toe and played his first game back on Friday.
However, Judge was left off the team on Sunday as coach Aaron Boone looks to, much to the ire of the New York fanbase.
